KU: The Emily Taylor Women's Resource Center

The University of Kansas Women’s Recognition Program, a tradition on campus since the mid 1960’s, honors KU women who have made notable contributions to the campus and community. This program recognizes and awards women students, faculty, staff and alumnae who have enriched and improved the campus community through their service, teaching, or involvement. It is sponsored by the ETWRC and the Commission on the Status of Women and is held annually in April. All student recipients receive a cash award made possible by the University of Kansas Women's Memorial Scholarship Fund.
